Spaghetti Dinner with Kelleys Island EMS. Homemade meat sauce, salad, roll and dessert. Carry out is available. All proceeds will benefit the Kelleys Island EMS Association. Donations are also accepted. Raffle tickets will be available to win one of the fantastic, handcrafted gifts or gift basket. Tickets can be purchased from any EMS Member.

Gathered on the Casino Dock for residents and visitors alike, the Safety Forces on the island will be available to answer questions. Come inspect the equipment from the EMS, Police, and Fire Department on Kelleys Island. The US Coast Guard and State Park personal will also be on hand during this event. At some point, Metro Life Flight will be making a landing on the dock for all to see!

The doors to the Merry-Go-Round Museum opened to the public on July 14, 1990, but the idea was born on October 1, 1988 when the US Postal Service issued four carousel stamps. One of the featured animals was from Cedar Point's Kiddieland carousel.

This yearly safety fair is to promote safety knowledge to the children of the community while providing a fun time for families to enjoy together. Join Wightman Wieber (Sandusky Bay Pavilion) for fun with friends and family while also having the opportunity to learn more about safety! We will have health and safety agencies (including the Sandusky Fire Department Fire House) in attendance to brush up on something that you may have learned last year or find out information that you did not know before. Boat rides provided by the Goodtime 1 at 1,2,and 3pm. There will an arts and crafts zone, face painting, Buster the Bus, food vendors and so much more!

It’s time for a birthday party on Lake Erie and everyone is invited!
Join the Ohio Department of Natural Resources on Saturday, May 21 to celebrate the 200th birthday of one of the state’s most photographed and iconic landmarks, the Marblehead Lighthouse. This family-friendly birthday party will include tours of the lighthouse, outdoor entertainment, food trucks, birthday cake and fun for the whole family!
This is a week before the official opening of the summer season.

In this class everyone will add colored glass and mixed frit to a 3x7" clear base in the shape of three birds in a tree. After the piece is fired, glass chimes and hangers will be added to finish the piece.
After Dody fires everyones piece, there will be a pick-up time from 5 to 5:30 p.m. on Wed. June 1st at the Canoe Club.
Students will not be cutting glass - pieces will be provided. Colors may vary from picture shown.
