Mike Mulligan has been boating the Great Lakes for over 55 years. He has been a member of the Port Clinton Yacht Club for 35 years. Mike started his career in Yacht Sales in 1995. With such extensive experience in boating, accentuated by his high standards of ethics and honesty, he is a professional in whom you can most confidently place your business and your trust.
Mike excels in knowledge of vessel design, function and form, and performance characteristics. He consistently evaluates current market movements and strategies. His numerous visits to Tiara and Pursuit Universities, Volvo IPS, Cummins, Crusader and MerCruiser training add to his expertise and in-depth knowledge of product construction, design qualities, and options and innovations.
Mike utilizes a wide variety of aggressive sales marketing methods in his business. His business features a personalized yacht and prospect search to match ideal boats with the desires and experience of his customers. An honest wish to diligently serve his clients to the very best of his ability has earned Mike many sales awards throughout his career.

Anne joined the Lake Erie boating community in 1990 and spent 11 years in boating sales and marketing. Anne began in the retail boating industry marketing Doral, Egg Harbor, Tollycraft, Viking, Windsorcraft and Tiara/Pursuit. Familiar with marine market trends, she's learned to adapt new technologies to best work in high and low sales periods. She rejoined the boating sales industry in 2004 when she and her husband started Waypoint.
Anne's education is in marketing and she has extensive training in sales. She's attended universities at S2 Yachts and SeaRay Yachts. She also has experience as a surveyor's assistant.
Advertising and event planning are her favorite activities.
Her experiences in organizing boat shows and hostessing customer events and cruise-outs have introduced her to many wonderful and fascinating boaters. An avid boat owner for 25 years, some favorite boating spots include Leamington, CYC, the North Channel and, of course, anywhere on the lee side of a Lake Erie island!

Marley was born just outside of Youngstown, Ohio.
At four weeks old, he moved to northwest Ohio and now spends his summers on the shores of Port Clinton Yacht Club!
Marley is the official greeter at Waypoint's offices. He spends every day waiting for new customers to welcome in the office.
Some of Marley's favorite activities are running the shores of Lake Erie, chasing squirrels in DeRiviera Park and hanging 8 on the gunnel!
